Was very dirty from the moment you stepped out the car and didn't stop on the way in my first thought was ugh what a greeting. Did enjoy the Karaoke team that was working. Another thing I noticed was the derogatory statements in the tips jars just tacky to ever put yourself in that concept for money. In my day Good service clean and smiles got you plenty.
